Foods That Could Lower Cancer Risk
Cancer is a disease caused by the multiplication and division of damaged genes. This includes veggies such as broccoli, wasabi, collard greens, spinach, kale and horseradish. There are several ways that these vegetables can help protect you from cancer. Firstly, they can help inactivate the cancer-causing agents in your body, which are known as carcinogens. Secondly, they can also reduce inflammation.
